On Rested Mama Retreat we explored some self compassion journaling prompts, with self care & self worth in mind. So just wanted to share the love with y'all.
You don't have to be a Mama to explore these, just swap the word 'mother' in prompt 3, for a word that connects to your life atm. Or ‘human being’, or 'caregiver' work well too..
Grab a pen and paper, and pop phone alerts on mute. Keep phone to hand as a timer though, if you'd like.
We took 3 minutes for each, however you could go for 5mins (or more) for a deeper dive.

P.s. There are no ‘wrong’ answers. Spelling and punctuation do not matter here. It’s all an exploration to see what pours out on the page when we hold space for this to happen.
