Inclusive yoga, movement, grounding mindfulness and community, for all mothers navigating the shifts of the first 12 months. 7 week course for community and a gentle weekly routine to look after you. Whether post-partum or non- birthing mother, you are welcome here. Join us with your baby any time you feel ready, until babe is on the move. Find a supportive space where your body -mind will feel cared for. Normalise a changing sense of self, and the mess and the joys, through grounding practices and honest conversation. Classes Offer - A supportive (optional) sharing circle.
