Often clients work with me due to symptoms of stress and anxiety, some through matrescence, all phases of motherhood, or peri-menopause, others through a demanding career, or just feeling they have lost touch with their capacity for rest, and self-connection in the pace of life.

Inclusive and Restorative Yoga offers a compassionate approach to self-connection, nervous system resilience, and true self-care. Sometimes we might move a little more, other times supported stillness might feel more available - your needs will shape each practice.
This isn't exercise, or any mould you need to fit, but space to turn inwards, re-connect to body-mind intelligence, and respond kindly.
Goals can be fulfilling, BUT you do not have to keep on pushing through, at all costs to your health. There is a more aligned way to nurture wellbeing.
What to Expect
Yoga asana (postures), breathwork and self-connection can work through the nervous system, and over time can help us feel more at ease in stillness, and restorative rest. With this felt sense of safety and ease, we can open the door to mindfulness and meditation and feel more at home with our inner world.
You can ask questions as we go, pause and repeat something, just focus on one aspect of practice such as breathwork, or mindfulness, or we can use some of the session to record and audio for you to practice with in your own time too.
You are welcome to book just one session, however just like working with a Personal Trainer, consistency and repetition is useful to create meaningful impact, facilitate learning, and cultivate independence in your home practice too.
How can we work together?
After your free consultation call - see below to book - if there's a good fit, we will meet for 75 minutes, either weekly or bi-weekly, at an agreed venue.
We can potentially practice from your home, workplace or a hired space (the latter at an additional fee), depending on suitability and location - all with your schedule, career and/or childcare needs in mind.
You are welcome to book just for you, or book with a friend and split the cost and time.
After the summer special, for just 3 women, these private practices are £65 for 75 minutes. This includes time to chat for 10 minutes before we start and 5 minutes for me to pack away. Instalment payments can be arranged.
