Create. Rest. Reset.
A Summer Solstice retreat for women.
Hazel Hill Wood, Hampshire / June 20th -22nd 2025
Join me and yoga teacher/creative Kerry Harrison, over summer solstice 2025, to ease the pace and routine of life,
and sink into the spacious uplifting joys of summer and connection!
Whether you join us exhausted, over-busy, feeling the call of nature and intuition, in need of a digital detox,
or just a women in this world craving connection with like minded women, this retreat is here to support and inspire you.
Through inclusive movement and restorative yoga (think somatic, mindful, low, cushions and blankets kinda vibe :)
we will guide you to explore your yoga, any way you need.
Find presence that can feel lost in the 'doing' of daily life, through mindfulness in the ancient woodland.
Invite energizing rest through every part of you with Summer Solstice journaling around the fire and cosy Yoga Nidra.
Through rest we can unlock creative magic in us too! So we'll invite you to dream with pen, paint, paper, and woodland inspiration. Get creative, make a mess, let go of perfection and feel free.
Linger a little longer in summer days immersed in the calming benefits of time in nature,
while also connecting with other women, listening and being heard - laughter is likely too!
Alongside our workshops, savour delicious, seasonal, plant-based meals and savour light summer
evenings around a fire in the woods, journaling, chatting, or simply taking in the 70 acres of private woodland.
No pressures. No expectations. Come exactly as you are.
This is replenishing and uplifting summer medicine for your soul where every woman is welcome.
"I just wanted to say thank you for this beautifully nurturing and creative space to unwind. I feel uplifted by the inspiring community of women, re-energised by the silence and cocooned by the woodland surroundings. I'm already looking forward to the next one!"~ Create. Rest. Reset 2024
Retreat: a wild and soothing unwinding
This weekend is all about working with your mind, body and imagination (plus, paper, paint, woodland gifts, pens and more) to rest, reset – and reignite your playful, creative self.
Feel your energy wake up with mindful movement in the woods (weather permitting), with plenty of options for you to take what feels right for you.
Explore joyful and relaxing creative sessions, including printmaking, intuitive painting, nature crafting and exploratory writing, and notice how creativity can invite a busy mind back to presence.
Unwind tension and stress through deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra deep rest meditations to ease us through the evening.
The Programme
Create
Taking inspiration from the nature around us, you’ll be gently guided through a range of creative exercises. Discover how creativity can help you relax, step into the moment and spark a sense of adventure and aliveness.
Rest
Restorative yoga practices, woodland wanderings, gentle fireside journaling and time for you. This is your invitation to kick back, leave responsibilities behind and ease yourself into a soothing sense of rest.
Reset
The retreat intention is to slow down our busy lives and return to the joy of simple pleasures, away from life’s fast pace. Through the mingling of movement, rest, creativity and community, you can gently reset – leaving the weekend feeling restored and renewed.
Feast, fuel & nourish
Shared meal times, chatting and tucking into nourishing, delicious food is an important part of our retreats.
All meals will be vegetarian / plant-based, seasonal summery delights, and all lovingly prepared by our private chef Michelle Toll (@food_with_shell on Insta).
All your dietary needs such as vegan or Gluten Free can be catered, just let us know when you book.
