GLOW
Retreat to rewild, rest, and reconnect to your inner glow
Hazel Hill Wood, Hampshire / June 7-9 2024

Join me and Kerry Harrison, on this women's uplifting summer retreat to rewild, rest and reconnect to your inner glow.

Make time to pause, step away from life’s fullness, and come home to you through immersion in nature, the spacious present moment,

joyful creativity and the uplifting connection that comes from being in community with other women.

Move and rest in flow, intuitionstillness to nurture your body-mind, dream with pen and paper, get creative, make a mess, let go of perfection.

Savour delicious, seasonal plant based food, and spend long light summer evenings around the fire in the woods, journaling, chatting,

or simply taking what you need.

No pressures. No expectations. Come exactly as you are, and meet yourself there.

This will be replenishing and uplifting summer medicine for your soul.

"The art of life is to live in the present moment."

Retreat - Move, Create & Rest

Wake up to mindful movement practices in the woods.

Step into daytime creative sessions, including mini art journals, nature mandala making, intuitive painting and exploratory writing.

Before gently winding down with deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga sessions and Yoga Nidra by candlelight.

This weekend is all about working with your mind, body and imagination (plus, paper, paint, woodland gifts, pens and more) to rest, restore – and reignite your playful, creative self.

The Programme

In the mornings, the invitation is to head to the woods (if it’s dry). Here, we’ll meet summer energy, move, shake out, unwind, and open up our imagination, ready for the day ahead.

Taking inspiration from the perfectly imperfect surrounding nature, you’ll be gently guided through a range of creative exercises. Play unapologetically as you make mini art journals and splosh paint on big paper canvases. Quietly gather nature’s treasures for mindful mandala making. And express yourself through guided exploratory art and writing.

You don’t need to think of yourself as an artist. This is about letting go of outcomes and perfectionism, so you can find a sense of freedom, fun and joy.

The day also offers you space for free time or peaceful wandering along the many woodland paths. Looking out for birds, rabbits, summer flowers and dragonflies as you go.

The evening is for easing into rest. Time to sink back into the body with fireside journaling, deeply nourishing restorative practices, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Everything is an open invitation. This retreat is time for you, so take exactly what you need.

Feast, fuel & nourish

Sharing nourishing, tasty food is an important part of our retreats - you will not go hungry!

All meals will be seasonal summery delights, and vegetarian (or please just let us know any dietary needs when you book and this will be catered for). All food is lovingly prepared by our private chef Michelle Toll (@food_with_shell on Insta) for us to enjoy together.
