Service Description

A soothing midweek reset for your whole being, through slow, restful yoga for women to find a sense of ease in rest - even in this speedy world. * Get curious about your restful yoga practice, with many options for you to feel supported to move, breathe and find stillness, in a way that feels right for you. * Unwind and relax at the end of the day, easing feelings of stress or tension to nurture sleep quality. * Learn breathwork, movement and mindfulness tools that can support us to feel more at ease in still rest. * Gain confidence and ideas to practice restorative Yoga at home (you will be asked to bring some of your own props such as cushions, blankets) * Find a space for personal connection and community with our small group classes This is for all women. If you are pregnant, please let Carolyn know in advance. FAQ's Do I need any yoga experience? No. This will be suitable for beginners, to experienced yogi's. Anyone who identifies as a women and would like to explore rest and learn ways to feel more present, steady and relaxed. What do I need to bring? You will need to bring a few props to support you : 1 yoga mat. 1 Pillow. 2 Blankets (a yoga bolster if you have one) Can I block book classes to save money and commit to restorative self-care? Great idea! You can either book single classes at £13 to suit you, or invest in a class pass of 6 Classes for £60, or a Community rate of £18 for 3 classes. These need to be used within 2 months of purchase.
