Supportive yoga for all parents with a new baby to connect to selfcare, friendly community & calm.

Gentle and uplifting yoga, movement, mindfulness and community, for all those who identify as a new parent, with a new baby in their life. Whether post-partum Mum, Dad, adoptive parent, non-birthing parent or primary caregiver of any stripe, this space is for you. Join us with your baby any time you feel ready, until babe is on the move, and find some grounding moments of calm and ease to support the big waves of change. - A supportive (optional) sharing circle to normalise the challenges and joys - Inclusive yoga, with lots of options for you to move in a way that feels good for you, whilst also taking what you need for your and your baby - Calming and mindful breathwork - Mindfulness tools to practice feeling grounded and present - Rest and relaxation meditations for tired energy - Feeding, changing, rocking or resting any time you need - No previous yoga experience is needed The Coffee Club cafe in the community centre is available for friendly chats and a cuppa after class too.
