Slow, gentle, restorative inspired. Move gently, connect to intuition, unwind tension. Settle into longer moments of conscious rest in seated or lying supported shapes. Have 2 blankets and a few cushions to hand to support body and mind to rest.

MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION - RISE! Weblink practice
Rise up to start your week as you mean to go on! Feel your breath, tune in. Move in and around foundational yoga shapes, finding your rhythms and a sense of ease. Gently waking up body and mind with intention before we close each practice with a short seated concentration meditation (accessible for all) to invite focus into your day ahead. A perfect partner class to follow Sunday Rest.
Curated music supports the energy of classes therefore Spotify is useful, but not essential. There's so much space in silence too.
Practicing with your video off is always your choice too. Please just do you, as you need to.
