Slow down, feel more. Explore foundational yoga shapes with breath, stillness and movement (guided and intuitive), whilst exploring compassionate intentions for a deeper connection. Movement will invite body and mind to unwind, making space for still deep rest to soothe the nervous system, nurturing every part.

Have blankets and cushions to hand. Practicing with your video off, in your pj's, is always an option too. Please just do you, as you need to.
