Slow down, feel more. Explore foundational yoga shapes with breath, stillness and movement (guided and intuitive), whilst exploring compassionate intentions for a deeper connection. Movement will invite body and mind to unwind, making space for still deep rest to soothe the nervous system, nurturing every part. 


A few important things for studio practice...

  • Only 6 spaces available, booking is essential. See below

  • Please cancel if you are unable to attend

  • Please bring your OWN yoga mat

  • If you are feeling unwell, of course please look after you and others and stay at home and rest

Gentle movement and supported stillness. Restorative inspired, nurturing yoga to rest every part, mentally, energetically and physically, staying close to the ground. Release, soften with the breath and make space for the week ahead..

Have blankets and cushions to hand. Practicing with your video off, in your pj's, is always an option too. Please just do you, as you need to.
