Would you like to introduce yoga, meditation and self-care practices that really work for you into your daily life but don’t know where to start?

Or perhaps you have already noticed the value of daily wellbeing rituals but would love to explore new inspiration to evolve your self-care tool kit?

RECONNECT is a wellbeing workshop to experience a variety of accessible meditation, yoga and self-care practices that invite a deeper sense of self-connection and leave you with a self-care tool kit of ideas to take away. You are your best teacher, you already hold all the wisdom, we will simply share ideas for you to reconnect with body and mind, in the workshop and beyond.

Through a process of experiencing each practice, journaling on your reflections, and sharing thoughts and ideas as we go (if you would like to – however simply listening holds deep value to), you will explore self-care tools to notice which you connect with to implement into everyday life in support of your own rhythms and journey.

We will end the afternoon with a longer yoga flow and guided meditation for body and mind to fully absorb the practices to leave you feeling rested, relaxed and uplifted as we transition closer to early Spring.

By prioritizing how to care for ourselves, physically, mentally, spiritually, we can therefore better support others and bring a deeper sense of fulfillment and enhance our lives. So just in case the thought had crossed your mind, self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

And because self-care is also about eating well, we will enjoy a nutritious vegetarian late-lunch, plus teas, coffee and tasty sweet treats too, sharing and connecting with like-minded souls in a beautiful setting.

The Eastbourne Natural Fitness and Therapy Centre is right on the sea front of the charming coastal town of Eastbourne, East Sussex. We loved running a RECONNECT afternoon here in Oct 2019 so much we couldn’t resist the opportunity to return. With stunning views from the studio the unique sights and sounds of the sea offers instant soul medicine.

YOUR GUIDES

I will be sharing accessible yoga inspired practices, including breath awareness and bodywork, and Sally Davis meditation and mindfulness coach www.leapmindfulness.com  will be co-hosting. Sally promotes intuitive growth mindset and self awareness techniques to enhance your life. She shares regular group classes in Hove as well as to individuals, corporates, schools, retreats and workshops on a National level.
