GLOW - A Woodland Retreat

Retreat with me and Sally Davis www.leapmindfulness.com within the tranquility of ancient woodland in Wiltshire (near Salisbury) for a weekend of yoga, mindfulness and practices to connect to your inner glow and set abundant intentions.

 

With Summer Solstice only one week away, connect to the powerful energy of the sun to spark intentions and create vibrant energy for your joyful summer ahead. We will explore movement and mind, with practices accessible for all, making space, energizing, finding stillness and connecting to your inner glow.

 

We have found a special new venue and we're pretty excited about this one! Only two hours (approx) drive from Bristol, London and Brighton, and close to the New Forest, this unique retreat center is nestled within magical woodland. Beautifully crafted large timber buildings, home comforts, fire circles, acres of woods, cosy nooks, wood burning stoves and a hot tub under the stars await you. Bliss.

High beamed ceilings, wooden floors and a log burner create a large indoor group practice space to share daily yoga, guided meditations, creative mindfulness, self-awareness work and more. Woodland clearings will lead the way for outdoor practice and mindfulness to soak up natures healing vibes.

 

Each night will connect us to the elements as we sit around the fire pit and share stories, tea and biscuits. Group evening sessions might include guided meditation, intention setting, music, quiet time or any spontaneous fun that the flames inspire!

Mornings

Yoga will be playful and uplifting. Move beyond the confines of alignment to explore themes of fire energy, personal power and intuition with an open mind and open heart. Practice will be accessible for all; listening to your body and taking what you need is a powerful practice of self-compassion.

 

Brunch & Free time.

 

Afternoons:

Through guided meditation we will work intuitively to tune in to ourselves and the energy that surrounds us. You'll experience guided journeying meditations, creative mindfulness activities, empowering self-awareness, ritual and releasing work within the woodlands. All guiding the way for you to be your most radiant self.

 

Tea & snacks & free time.

 

Evenings:

Yoga will be restorative, luxuriating in slow motion and stillness with blankets, essential oils and eye-bags supporting deep conscious rest.

 

Dinner.

 

Come together around the fire for seated meditation and connect with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water– bring a blanket and watch the flames as we connect and slow down time before bed.
